1. Use of the Platform

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
2. Group Savings and Tontines
- Seed provides a digital platform for managing group savings and tontines. We do not hold or custody funds.
- All payments are processed through trusted mobile money operators. Seed does not handle cash.
- Group rules, contribution amounts, and payout orders are set by group members.
3. User Conduct
- You agree not to use Seed for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Respect the privacy and rights of other users and group members.
4. Limitation of Liability
- Seed is not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages arising from group activities or payment issues.
- We do not guarantee the performance or reliability of third-party payment services.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Seed after changes means you accept the new Terms.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Seed for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
